Figma's Early Access Program Terms
Scope: During the course of the Figma Early Access Program (the "Figma EAP"), you may be invited to participate in various alphas, betas and early access or trial features provided by Figma. These terms cover any such programs (the “Covered Programs”) which Figma identifies as covered by these terms. This gives your organization early access to Figma's most cutting edge new features as they become available to try, and the opportunity to influence their direction.
Duration: These terms last until terminated by either party. Either you or Figma may terminate these terms at any time and without any liability to the other.
Terms: These terms are between Figma, Inc. (“Figma”) and the customer agreeing to these terms (“you”). If you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these terms. In that case, “you” refers to that company or other legal entity. These terms are expressly incorporated into your existing customer agreement with Figma (your “Customer Agreement”) and govern if they conflict with any of the other terms in your Customer Agreement including but not limited to any product specific terms (such as Figma's AI Terms). Any alphas or betas covered by these terms are confidential and governed by the beta terms found in your Customer Agreement or, if there are no beta terms in your Customer Agreement, then the beta terms available at www.figma.com/product-specific-terms/. Figma may review and use logs and content associated with your use of Covered Programs to improve such Covered Programs, and you consent to being placed in a shared communication channel with other participants for announcements, questions and feedback.
