Data portability and deletion
Data portability
You can retrieve your data by performing the following actions:
- The data you uploaded to the Figma platform is available for download when you log in to your account. See here for help: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040028114.
- The profile image you uploaded to the Figma platform is available for download from your account settings.
- If you use Discourse, your data is available for download at https://forum.figma.com/my/activity.
Data will be provided to you in an industry standard format. You can then use, transfer or upload that data to another provider. Figma does not provide data transfer services other than in returning the data to you.
Please email support@figma.com to make a data access request for the rest of your data.
Data deletion
You can delete your account from your Account Settings within Figma. We require that to delete an account, users verify their identity as the rightful account holder. Please refer to the Delete your Figma Account article and our Privacy Policy for more information. Please note that in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in some circumstances we might need to retain your personal data for some period after your account has been deleted.
