Renewal and Cancellation Terms for Online Purchases
These renewal and cancellation terms apply to subscriptions of Figma offerings on the Organization plan that are purchased online and supplement the Software Services Agreement. If Customer has signed an order form with Figma, these terms do not apply to Customer – Customer’s order form applies instead.
Subscription Start Date
Customer’s subscription of a Figma offering begins on the date Customer purchases such subscription.
Automatic Renewals
On Customer’s annual renewal date, Customer’s subscription(s) will automatically renew for another year on the then-current Software Services Agreement terms, unless Customer cancels Customer’s subscription(s) in accordance with the below or Figma notifies Customer at least 30 days in advance that it is not renewing. Accordingly, every year on Customer’s annual renewal date until Customer or Figma cancels, Figma will automatically charge Customer an amount equal to the annual price of subscriptions purchased, plus applicable taxes. For seat-based subscriptions, the annual fees will be calculated based on the quantity of seats in Customer’s account on the renewal date.
Figma may change fees for Figma offerings each annual renewal term, but Figma will notify Customer in advance of any fee change and give Customer the option to not renew. Figma may also change fees for Figma offerings at any time upon at least 30 days’ written notice, provided that if Customer does not agree with such pricing changes, Customer may terminate its subscription(s) during such notice period and receive a refund for any amounts pre-paid but not used at the time of termination. For avoidance of doubt, the refund for unused fees from an AI Credits Plan is based on the time remaining in the subscription term rather than Credit usage.
Customer authorizes Figma, through Figma’s payment processor, to store Customer’s payment method(s) and to automatically charge the payment method it provides to Figma for the initial payment, subscription renewals, and any other purchases Customer makes within the Figma Platform (such as seat additions/upgrades or AI credits). If Customer’s payment method fails, Figma may suspend Customer’s subscription(s). Customer can edit Customer’s payment information anytime in the Figma Admin dashboard.
Mid-Term Purchases
Customer can purchase additional subscriptions (including seat additions and upgrades) at any time in Customer’s Figma Admin dashboard. Subscriptions added during Customer’s subscription period will be charged from the date of purchase, prorated to the end of the subscription term, and added to Customer’s next quarterly invoice (every 3 months of the subscription period). All subscriptions are billed annually in advance and will auto-renew as described above.
Cancellation and Non-Refundable Policy
Customer may cancel its subscription(s) within 30 days before the end of Customer’s annual term by contacting Figma’s support team at support@figma.com. If Customer cancels its subscription(s), Customer will not receive a refund of any portion of the fee paid for Customer’s annual term, unless stated otherwise. Pay-As-You-Go charges accrued are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for all subscription fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred for Customer’s annual subscription term.
