Supplier Code of Conduct

Introduction

This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) describes the minimum standards for all vendors, contractors, consultants, and other partners (“Suppliers”) who provide goods or services to Figma, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Figma”). By working with Figma, Suppliers agree to uphold these standards and promote ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices throughout their operations and supply chains.

Ethical Business Practices

Suppliers must conduct business with honesty, integrity, and transparency. All business dealings should be performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Bribery, corruption, extortion, embezzlement, or any form of improper advantage are prohibited. Suppliers must avoid conflicts of interest and promptly disclose any situation that may appear to compromise independent judgment or objectivity in their relationship with Figma, including any personal relationships with Figma’s personnel.

Gifts and entertainment offered to Figma employees must be modest, infrequent, and never intended to influence business decisions. A one-time gift of a value less than $75 USD is excluded, so long as the gift is not intended to (and not likely to) influence any business decision. Gifts of cash or cash equivalents are prohibited.

Suppliers must safeguard Figma’s confidential information and intellectual property, using it only as authorized and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure or misuse. All records, statements, and reports provided to Figma must be accurate and complete.

Human Rights and Labor Standards

Figma expects Suppliers to uphold the dignity, rights, and well-being of all workers. Suppliers must not engage in or support forced labor, human trafficking, or child labor. All work must be voluntary, and workers must be free to leave employment upon reasonable notice.

Suppliers must provide a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and abuse. Employment decisions—including hiring, compensation, promotion, and termination—must be based on merit and not on race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, religion, medical condition (including pregnancy), disability, national origin, protected veteran status or any other protected status.

Suppliers must comply with all applicable wage and hour laws, including those relating to minimum wages, time tracking, and overtime. Working hours must not exceed legal limits, and workers must be provided with adequate rest periods and time off from work that is consistent with applicable local regulations. Suppliers must also provide to their employees legally mandated benefits, including, where applicable, health insurance benefits and sick time.

Suppliers must respect the rights of workers to associate freely, join or not join labor unions or other bargaining collectives, and to bargain collectively, in accordance with applicable law. A safe and healthy work environment must be provided, with appropriate policies, training, equipment and reporting structures established to prevent accidents and occupational hazards.

Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. Figma expects Suppliers to minimize their environmental impact by reducing waste, conserving energy and water, and responsibly managing emissions and hazardous materials. Suppliers should seek opportunities to use renewable energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and implement sustainable practices throughout their operations and supply chains.

Suppliers who provide physical goods, components, or materials to Figma must ensure that all products and materials are sourced responsibly and ethically. The use of conflict minerals or materials that directly or 2 indirectly finance armed groups or contribute to human rights abuses is prohibited. Where applicable, Suppliers should be able to trace the origin of materials and provide supporting documentation upon request. Figma encourages Suppliers to prioritize environmentally sustainable and ethically sourced materials, such as recycled materials and certified sustainable resources.

Supplier Acknowledgement

By providing goods or services to Figma, Suppliers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Code. Suppliers agree to communicate these requirements to applicable employees, agents, and subcontractors involved in providing goods or services to Figma.

This Code is subject to periodic review and may be updated by Figma at any time. The most current version will be available at www.figma.com/legal/code-of-conduct.
